Do you have any before photos by any chance? I am booked in for the same procedure with Mr Mileto in London Victoria on the 4th January. I am currently a 36D /38C but saggy with no upper volume. He has recommended reductive Mastopexy with a small implant around 200-250cc. They look fab – you must be thrilled!
