Recently when exercising most when doing cardio after a while my scar underneath seems to go rather hyper sentitve! anyone else have this problem? I wondered if they where moving too much as I ran and pulling on the nerves of the scar and irritating it?

On the left boob on the outside of my sucture line I have a small 1mm x 1mm round open area and it looks like where my bra has rubbed the sucture line.
I have put a small piece of cotten wool to stop anymore rubbing but is there anything else I could maybe put on it? Such as creams of anything
