Have you thought about getting it washed at a hairdressers? That way you’ll be leaning back rather than forwards over the bathtub. See if you can find a hair academy or something that will do it for a couple quid until you’re ableo do it yourself 🙂

Hi everyone!
Currently 4 days post op, spent the first 3 days in so much pain every time I tried to do anything but I’ve woken up this morning with absolutely no pain at all, it’s so weird! Has it been like this for anyone else? Worried that it’s all going to come back later on in the day haha

If you tell your surgeon exactly what you’re looking for they will give you a choice of implants that should take you to the right size 🙂 as for being nervous, I’d never had surgery or anaesthetic before and had mine done 2 days ago, it was all so much easier and less scary than I thought it would be 🙂 also don’t think that because you’re a mum…[Read more]

Your skin is very stretched so it’s normal for this to happen 🙂 they are just more visible than usual

I had mine done this morning and I’m wearing an m&s post surgery bra, it’s a little bit granny-ish but it’s so comfortable and the straps will be easier to hide that a sports bra. Macom bras also have very thin straps to hide 🙂

Tomorrow is the day and it’s only just started to sink in after planning this for a couple of years, I can’t believe I’m finally doing it. I’m staying in overnight so I’m gonna have pyjamas and toiletries with me and my post op bra but is there anything else you guys would recommend bringing? Or any last minute advice? 🙂 xxx

It’s a personal choice, they wouldn’t let you have it done at 18 if it was too young but it’s something you really do need to think about, definitely not a decision to take lightly.
