@myamoderator hello, I am due a refund as my surgeon refused to operate on me after I paid. I was told I’d get a full refund yet I have had no email no response to my phone calls nothing at all. This whole experience has left me so upset and now not knowing what’s happening with my money is really making me stressed. Please can i get a response and be told when I can expect to see my £6100??
