It’s literally rubbing so bad all under my arms and causing massive rashes. Has anyone else had this? If so what did you do?!

I’m 2 weeks post op, my post op bra doesn’t actually feel the tightest.. should it feel really tight so it pushes them together?!
Also, are you able to use any sports bras or do they have to be special ones?!
