Oh that’s so exciting LJ .. The 10th will be here before you know it xx. In my honest opinion if you can have two weeks off I would take them… it is so important to keep arm movements to a minimum and rest. Hi LJ… Thank you x honestly my recovery was brilliant … Apart from the standard back ache from sleeping upright and tight feeling in my chest for a few days … I didn’t suffer any actual pain X
I’m 8 months down the line now & everything is completely normal .. No after effects except looking better in tops haha X

Hi … Ooh how exciting xx I had Marcellino -I’m 10 weeks p.o. He uses strapping which is like a thick sticky tape – you can see your nipple and front of boobs but they are strapped into place. Hey Nikki …it’s very normal for one side to heal differently to other .. My right side is still more swollen than left almost 4 weeks down the line & my left incision has ‘tingled’ more than the right even tho they are both well healed … Just remember it’s two separate ops so will heal differently and I think one side tends to be a bit slower…[Read more]

My advice is ..if you are able to do nothing … Do nothing ! Bar getting up and having a little walk around the house every so often to relieve your numb bum …

Nothing used on them yet Kim ..you can’t use anything until signed off at 6 week check. I have got a Remescar silicone stick that I will start using once given the all clear X

@sheshe …sorry – the strapping stays on for the first week… Some find it uncomfortable – but to be honest I found it made me feel more secure. It didn’t hurt coming off although left me with red patches on my chest but they faded quickly x

I did debate going for 400cc but my surgeon said no as not enough breast tissue & I wanted a natural look. I’m glad I stayed with 375cc to be honest x
