Get your current size in Macom then one size up from your current size if that makes sense. So if your a 34c now get a 34 macom then get a 36 D in M&S as it will fit over your strapping x

I’m in the same position I went to both mya and Harley both saying the same as you but I had lost 6 stone so knew the uplift was coming. I’ve booked in with Frati for uplift and implant on the 13th of December. The waiting game is the worst. Have you met Frati yet I’d be interested to hear what size implants he offers you.
