They do look like you have implants! I will be so happy if I achieve something like this!
Im the same i want mine to be round but dont want implants as they are so heavy for my back now… i need them to be lighter!!
I am seeing mr giannas on Wednesday, so ill see what he recommends.

My consultant was saying that they do blood tests and stuff before hand to check your ok for surgery… how far in advance are these done?? Like before you pay or is it just on the day of surgery?
