Youre tall so the 600 you want will look good I reckon. Im 5’8″ and could have had up to 525. I decided on 495 as I wanted a borderline fake look lol and so far so good!!

Thanks Hun still unsure booking my op soon but I don’t have to pick an exact size straight away… You know the gap in between the boobs like cleavage does that depend on the profile???
I think it does a lil bit, along with the placement, ie under or over. Small implants under the muscle I think it can be a struggle getting a cleavage. Id have thought with 600’s you’ll get a cleavage under the muscle as theres a lot of implant so its gonna come further in. Overs are the easiest way to get cleavage I believe but they’ll drop more, as theyre not held by the muscle, and can look more fake I think, but depends on the person. Unders give the best natural look and once they’ve dropped, fluffed and softened they look great.
What size are you now and what are you wanting to be?
I’m a 34c/d they said exactly and I’m wanting to be an f but I don’t want them to look stuck on I want cleavage haha but I think frati said to me I don’t have enough tissue for over the muscle! So it has to be under. And they said highest profile but I’m thinking maybe medium profile will make them more natural looking instead of stuck on
Best thing is to trust your surgeon…they’ve seen more boobs than we’ve had hot diners lol. Tell him what you want to acheive and they’ll deliver.
I reckon with you being a c/d already, under the muscle with 600’s will look amazing and naturally big.
