@lally I recovered after about 4 weeks fully, I’m a dancer so I felt I could do everything normal again around that time, about week 1-2 I felt slightly normal, just couldn’t lift my arms above my head. I had partials so slightly under and over the muscle, 300cc high profiles xx View
