i did squats and abs 2 weeks post op! didn’t feel anything on my scars at all! I think y exercise they mean like running jumping etc! Squats are really just bending the knees!

i would buy some very large dressings/plasters that can stay over the incisions! I fake tanned about 3 weeks post op but just stayed very clear of the scars x

Hey Lauren well he said to me ill probably end up a D but its hard to tell, at the moment I’m wearing a DD sports bra which is fitting quite snug! Procedure is such a breeze its honestly so easy and good! The nurses and staff there are incredible and make you feel so at home, its over and done with so quickly so so easy!xxxx

vitamins and arnica will have no adverse affect whatsoever my nurse said not to use them but my sister is a doctor and she said it would only benefit me theres not way it could have any bad affect

Hey hun my left hurt a lot more than my right no idea why! Its normal 🙂 I took multi vitamins, arnica and had protein bars! This helps recovery, reduces swelling and helps the skin get less stretch marks! I would recommend loads of ice packs on them as much as you can, those tablets and a lot of water 🙂 xxxx

I never told either of my parents, the same as Jessica really, theyre both in their 60s and just don’t get it they’re very against anything of the sort and would be seriously angry! I paid for it myself and recovered by myself! They haven’t noticed and i didn’t really see it as a big deal haha xxx

you need all nails and varnish off so they can read your oxygen levels, fake tan has to deffo come off but i went into my surgery with a little bit of make up on, its only one day and its worth it! You can’t fake tan a week before and a week after! xx

Hi girls I’m 5 days post op and had my bandages taken off yesterday, so so happy with the results, to say i was under the muscle they aren’t too high up and are nice and close together the nurse said she was surprised at how quickly i was healing! Funny the most painful part of this whole experience was when she ripped off the strapping!

I think its personal to everyone, some people say they did after 2 weeks are where absolutely fine, some people say they did after a month and it hurt them, maybe take a jacket and the bra in your bag and if its get achey you can slip it on?x

I bought mine from macom its not that uncomfortable and you can alter it to how tight you want it! I will see if it does the trick i get my bandages off tomorrow, in fairness i can’t imagine it doing any harm, only good!x

Hi lucy yes, i asked for that and got reffered for Mr Kazzazi who owns the “Natural Look Clinic” says it all really, he specialises in boobs that look 100% natural, id deffo ask for a consultation with him he did mine and its been incredible xx
