Just thought I’d post about my ba yesterday
I weight 12 stone 2 and am 5″10
I was a 34 b/c before and I’ve had 500cc hp overs
Currently pain free as had anaesthetic injected to numb the pain but feel amazing

Generally looking at 6 months to a year before it’s more comfortable but by the looks of it may never be able to do press ups, pull ups or dead lifts as heavy as prior to op. This is what’s making me go for overs as I can’t imagine giving up training properly for such a long period
