Yeah, I still feel like I should have gone bigger but I asked my surgeon to put the biggest ones he could in and I ended up with 445cc. I am 11 weeks post op and feel the same! I look at them now and think they don’t seem much different and I preferred them when they were first done but I think that was due to the swelling! I had 440cc and I wish I had gone bigger ☹️ X

I’m 8 and a half weeks post op and mine have only just started to drop and settle, it depends on how your body heals and can take months to settle properly x

I slept on my back from about 3/4 days post op, I had a couple of pillows under my head and neck but was near enough flat. My surgeon (I didn’t go with MYA) said that I was able to sleep however I wanted and that my body would tell me if I couldn’t sleep in a certain position!

I drove after 4 days post op and felt fine. I’d defo recommend the extra high impact sports bras from M&S! I’m 7 weeks post op and have a normal bra but I’m still in the sports bras cos they’re so comfy!!!! X

I was told to wear my Macom for 6 weeks so after that I’m assuming I can go and buy proper bras, I’m 6 weeks post op on Tuesday. Think I’m gonna go get mesasured at M&S on Wednesday and see what they have. Hey, my surgeon said I was borderline unders or overs and that he would decide on the day based on my gap in between and lack of breast tissue. In the end I had 440cc overs and the gap in between is getting a lot smaller as they drop. I’m 3 weeks post op and my boobs are pain free and settling fine. However my Macoms are now starting to irritate my skin and has made my nipples very sensitive and painful sometimes. I’m wondering if anyone can recommend any support bras?? I’ve tried the M&S ones and they were uncomfortable. X

I’m 3 weeks post op now and my left boob hurt so much more than my right one for a good week and a half. After that it was fine, they just take a while to settle, try not to move your painful side too much so it can settle better! X
