I had my pre op consultation with Dr Singh earlier today and I was very pleased with his people skills as he really did put me at peace . I’m currently size 34b and wish to go up to double D. He recommends 400 cc which I’m ok with but he also said the implant will be placed above my breast muscle (overs) due to the size of the implants and that I have enough breast tissue to cover the implants.
I’m a bit taken aback because I’ve always wanted to have them placed underneath to minimise my chances of experiencing ripping in the future.

Have any of you ladies had above the muscle placement with Singh and how are your results so far?
