If you are a smoker, they say there can potentially be more complications etc. If the surgeon decides to do a test and can see that your oxygen levels aren’t good they will cancel your op until you stop smoking as they don’t want to put you or your safety at risk. x

Dr. Linda Fiumara is amazing, she’s so kind and caring too! Her work is incredible and her stitch work is super neat with next to no visibility, definitely have a meeting with her! ???? xx

Hey, macoms are good bras but some surgeons don’t particularly like them as they’re not super supportive. Asda and M&S do amazing post op bras that are really supportive and a fair price, so maybe buy a couple of those! Hope this helps x

Hi Bea, I’m the same stats and body shape as you by the sounds of it. I have been offered 300cc as I wanted a large natural look & my surgeon is Dr.Fiumara. Hi, got my BA operation all booked for April and was wondering if there was any suggestions on some good, supportive post operative bras? Also i’ve seen a breast band but don’t know if i’d need one or if they’re any good?
Any advice/ suggestions would be amazing!
