After having my son in 2020 and breastfeeding, one implant is misshapen, I can feel the implant on the side and feels slightly smaller than the other. Is this something to be concerned about? I’m waiting to hear back from a nurse but wondered if anyone else had experienced the same issue

I am absolutely in love with them so far even though they will change loads I am sure! Still very high so looking forward to drop and fluff as I want my nipples to be higher up.
