I have a few questions:

Did anyone have to stop taking their contraceptive pill prior to surgery?

How far in advance of surgery did you girls take Arnica tablets?

Did anyone take vitamin c prior to surgery?

Does a v-shaped pillow, pillow wedge and neck pillow help after surgery?

Are mya or Macom bras best?
