Jess, don’t mess around contact your GP and get checked, you could well have an infection that has spread from your chest. It also sounds like you have a temperature. Plenty of fluids and paracetamol, call your nurse … But definitely get an appt with your GP just to be on the safe side. Xx

I travelled down the night before on my own as we had a family funeral that my husband had to attend on the day of my surgery. To be honest though with all the sitting around you do it was for the best, you only need to concentrate on yourself!! Just make sure someone picks you up after your surgery and then the tlc begins 😘😘

I got the train home from Euston to Wolves, however my Dad was with me to make sure I was ok. Train was fine but I would bring a friend or family member with you xx

Hi Leah, I’m PO day 3 and I’m still feeling dizzy and having pains under my arms. I’m trying not to take any painkillers apart from at night but this is hard! Are you taking your arnica tablets? They should hopefully help with the bruising xx

I stayed in the Radisson Grafton just around the corner, roughly £120 per night for a single room but ask for room 161 as it is their quiet room otherwise you will be overlooking the road, far too noisy! This includes breakfast on Trivago xx

Hi Lucy, my admission time was 2pm at the London Fitzroy this week. Unfortunately there was a delay and I didn’t go down to theatre until 7pm. Hi Kelly, I’m roughly the same size and I had 325&350 HP unders. I’m now 2 days post op and no regrets at all. Once I’ve had my first week check I’ll put some photos up xx

Hi Gina, I smoked over 10 a day and cut down to 2 and some days none before my op. The anaesthetist asked me if I smoked and I was honest and all he said was well done. There was no test and nothing more was said. If you are feeling stressed, personally I can’t see anything wrong with the odd one!! Hope this helps hon xx

That was my thinking, I’m a teacher so I needed it done during the 6 weeks. Definitely ask if you’ve made your mind up, I was discharged today and I’m feeling great. Let’s hope it continues!! Hope this helps hon and you get your new boobs before the start of term xx

Hi Leah, I had my consultation on the 27th of July and I had my op yesterday 9th August. The shortest amount of time between your consultation and op is 2 weeks because of a new legislation, otherwise I would have gone in sooner!! Only because I go on my cruise on the 20th of August. Hi Chloe, I’ve been discharged today from the London Fitzroy, to be honest the only thing I definitely needed was throat lozenges. After the GA my throat was raw. Thank you lovely ladies, after a two hour journey on the train I’m now home and quite rightly hubby is impressed 😉 still no pain which is fab, just stiffness. Hope this doesn’t mean I’m going to be hit with an avalanche of agony on day 2&3?? Was this the same for anyone else? Thanks Cath xx
