@jessicabath hey Jessica, I had enough tissue to choose and as I wanted the most natural look so was going under but as I train a lot we decided to go over as if it’s under the implant can distort while you train. They still look natural thankfully even at only 3 weeks post op. Mr Marcellino decided to go bigger while I was on the table, I told him I wasn’t to be at least a DD to fit my shape and on the day he said the 400’s just didn’t look right so he threw them out and the 450’s went it! I absolutely love them!!
