I’m 9dpo. Had my strapping off on Thursday- I think that was the worst part of the first week- it really restricted my movement. I stopped taking painkillers after 3 days and just used ice packs- they really do help. Wishing you a speedy and pain free recovery X

Getting it taken off this Thursday. It’s ok having the strapping though – just makes my chest feel a bit tight that’s all. It’s only on the front- it doesn’t go all the way around your chest. I had surgery at 11am then left at 6:30pm. Admission time was 7am so it was a long day! This was at Fitzroy as a day case X
