I went out for a little walk on the 3rd day and did a little more each day. Now I’m almost back to normal! After day 5 I felt heaps better. How’s u feelin? X

Thanks girls, yes I used ice packs for the first few days. I think it’s from the uplift and the removal of my breast tissue to even my boobs out. It is pretty nasty tho! Will try the arnica tablets thanks 🙂 x
