How far post op r u? It is usual to have shooting pains early on i had many in the early days n many of the girls did depending on how far post u r it will more than likely b completely normal x

It is a nytmare i was so sleep deprived but it does get better altho a slow process from about 2 weeks i was used to it n slipping further down the bed but it was about 6weeks till i slept on side xx

Marks n spencer zip up sports bra is very good its bout 20 quid looks good enough to wear to the gym after recovery is comfy and protective x

Post op girls ive had a constant stabbing like feeling in right boob it is mildly painful and ive had it on n off today n mayn a week ago…nearly 4 month post op now…nyone had similar sensation?? 🙂

Yea ur nurse should notify u ov this and when she gives you your paperwork after pre op.it will mention coming off pill they want you too be off it for two weeks as it thins your blood etc ur nurse should mention this!! X

Ive unders n they r so natural but full ov volume no issues with comfort and i cant feel my implant they felt like they were myn very early on but if offered overs i agree that u must have enuff breast tissue and therefore overs r less after pain recovery etc xx

You can go on sunbed when u feel upto it and just cover scarsite i went on at 7 days post and have been reg since and im 7 weeks now i just cover the scars really well. Gym should be 6 weeks plus im starting back this week and im 8 weeks this week xx

O thanku yea they r lookin n feelin alor more natural now id say around the 6wk mark. They do go down around the 3 wk mark n feel bit smaller i think im at the stage now where they are filing out again im still only 7 wks so changes still to happen. I had a yellowy/white spot on scar line and saw gp hu didnt even mention it i think it had almost disappeared a few days later wen i saw him and he said im healing great but i still have this white spot im at mya clinic mon so see wot they say n me n u r same post op rnt we hope your ok n have a good xmas im bk home in ireland after monday too xx

Tbh itsjust shit n u just gota ride it out i dont get a decent sleep now n im 6weeks just get ya v pillow pillow n couple under it mayb one under bum n i slept pretty upright for bout ten days u just dont sleep well early days standard but u get used to it hun n get more n more able to adjust n get comfy ish xx

So i got measured at two places today m&s who measured me pre op at a 34b and la senza both of which measured me at 34…F! bang bang!! Loved hearing that today lol big smiles as i at last get to see my boobs in my clothes as the sports bra has kept them well n truly covered it felt great to wear bras today ♥

Nearly six weeks post op n nothing at first but mayb three four weeks in started getting some spots on shoulders back n chest?? There not bad but still…i think its from being in the sports bras constantly aswell as the op but it didnt happen for a few weeks post op..how long till it settles..nybody?? X
