I Had a Breast Lift and Augmentation surgery a little less than a year ago. My problem is that I want to get fit. I want to lose fat and gain muscle, get stronger arms, legs and buttocks. Will exercising affect my surgery results? i will start seeing a personal training to get me back on track. Thanks x
