3 weeks post op and I’ve developed a slightly weird sensation. It feels as though there is a big puddle of water in my left boob and I can feel it jiggling around. If I push down on the implant it’s almost as though I can feel a grating / squirting sensation. Has anyone felt this?

I have had to have my appointment with my surgeon and also pre op appointment with the nurse split into two separate ones due to availability.
