@cliffey13 Hi Olivia! I’m 2 weeks post op now and feeling fine. The firsts couple of days are quite difficult. Didn’t sleep very well and it’s very painful to get up from the sofa etc but after day 3/4 I was ok. The 4D vest is a pain and not that comfortable but again, u soon get used to it. I’ve had to buy a few new baggy tops and leggings to try and hide it. You can’t wear jeans etc and I live in jeans. Lol! I haven’t been overly impressed with MYA to be honest but all I care about now is my final results. I’ve still got a lot of swelling so I’m hoping once that’s all gone I’ll be over the moon. I still dont know how much he took out as they can’t find it in my notes which I think is very odd. Good luck with today and message me if u need anything x x
