    @liv-young91 Hey!

    Hope you don’t mind me messaging you! Just seen a few of your posts and would love to ask you a few questions (if that’s okay). I saw you had your op on 13th November, hope all is well and your healing well 🙂 I literally had mine yesterday and I’m so tight and sore! Just wanted to ask how long this tightness/ soreness lasts! My boyfriend is literally having to push me up by my back to help me to sit up because I can’t do it on my own due to muscle pain! Is this normal? And how long did it take you to start feeling less sore/ tight? I’m hoping it will only last a few days!

      Hi Christine ,
      I felt fine Just a little sore and tight in my chest. I managed to wash ok I had to get into the bath and pull the shower head down and that was on day 3. Getting changed was alright little bit tight lifting my arms up to get a top on and I’ve also been on a walk for about a hour everyday to get out the house. But the last few days I’ve bren getting a shooting pain in one of my boobs but people have been saying that’s normal , I will check with the nurse tomorrow. Hope your doing alright? X

        Thanks for the reply! Yeah I’m day 3 now and still mega sore and tight but slowly thngs seem to be getting easier (fingers crossed) . Sleeping at night sitting up is the worst though isn’t it? And yeah I’ve heard a lot of people say they are experiencing shooting pains, I think it’s everything connecting back together and healing – but it’s best to ring and check for your own peace of mind! Xxx
