As long as the swellings gone down lying flatter on your back is fine.
She also said it was fine to shower just try not to get any harsh soaps etc in the incisions xx

He doesn’t use bands and actually told me just to buy cheaper bras unless you are going to use them in the long run, told me to buy smaller as sports bras will always stretch. Said front fastening Ines are the best as you’ll struggle to do it up/undo it at first if it was a back fastening one.
