I’m 6 months post op and one of my breasts is still almost completely numb (bit of sensation at the top of my chest but that’s it). The other is fine and so just wondering if anyone is/has experienced the same thing and if/ when the feeling returned? Plus if you did anything to improve like massage etc?

I had my op yesterday and am wondering if you all wore your sports/post opp bras over your strapping? I spoke to the nurse and she said most people do, but the doc said she wouldn’t recommend for a few days. I did attempt to put my Macom on in the hospital but it was just really hurt and scrunched the strapping up, so left off.
