So over the last few days I’ve got really dry skin on my boobs but more so on my nipples. I’m 3 weeks post op today, does anybody know if I can use moisturiser or do I have to wait till 6 weeks?

I only had my op 2 days ago (20th) but my boobs seem so far apart. I know they’re swollen and tight anyway but has anyone else thought they seemed far apart immediately post op and then they’ve come closer once the swelling has reduced etc?

I had 450cc unders. Can anybody relate? Xx
