Yea I’ve been trying to ease off on the painkillers now too! Just taking paracetamol in the day but using tramadol at night to help me actually get some sleep! Had dressings changed today as they didn’t have any appointments for Monday, she said I’m healing well which is good to hear even if I don’t feel like I am!
