The pain has been totally manageable with paracetamol. I have been taking two in the morning and two at night and that’s been enough for me.
Sleeping hasn’t been too bad. I’ve just propped myself up a bit with pillows and my v pillow. I’ve slept better than I thought I would xx

I feel a bit tight and bruised but no pain. I’ve not taken any painkillers yet and I woke up from surgery at 10:30 this morning. I literally had my op this morning at the London Fitzroy and the whole day has been lovely. The staff are all really friendly and attentive. The theatre staff were funny and took away any nerves.

I am bottom heavy at the moment and currently a 32B. After trying on the sizers, and doing the rice test at home in various clothes, I think 300cc is plenty for me.

I guess it really depends what your desired outcome is, plus what you already have.

I had my surgeon consultation today. I am booked for 16th December overnight at London Fitzroy. I am having 300cc HP Overs with Ms Lutz. Currently approx 32B. 5’6″ and 10st. I have a fairly small frame, but a larger bottom so hoping to be more proportioned.
