@gemma no I preferred them before I lost the weight as they were bigger! I think they’ve just settled more now so seem smaller to me but they’ve definetly not sagged, I don’t wear bras at night and can go out without a bra etc and they don’t look saggy. Thanks girls, I lost just over a stone after having mine done and I could really tell the difference! The pain was pretty bad, not going to lie I was pretty much in agony for a week it was worse then I expected, but I dosed up on codeine and it was worth it in the end. Good luck ladies xx

Hi girls not been on here for a while but I remember there not being many pics from girls further down the line. I’m a year post op with 450hp overs by Mr Traynor. Still love them, started with a small B cup and I’m now 34E best thing I ever did, I’ve lots of pics from the early days on my profile so feel free to add me 🙂

My pc from the Manchester clinic was pretty crap to! Never heard a thing once she’d took my money! The nurse was lovely but then she left and I had a different one each time, good job the surgeons are so good! Ha xx

No ones ever told me not to wear push up bras, I’ve only heard it from girls on here. I wear a plunge bra pretty much everyday cos I find it so comfy and I’m fine so far! I still wear my sports bra to sleep in though x

My boobs have always been quite veiny and my surgeon said it’d probably make it worse after the op which it did, but now I’m 5 month post op I honestly don’t really notice it anymore, there no where near as bad as they were but it doesn’t actually bother me now I have boobs haha xx

How many weeks are you yvette? I’ve just checked my pics and that pic above was at 4 weeks. I’d say my swelling totally went by 6 weeks, they don’t get smaller they just drop and settle and look more natural if that makes sense? You’ve just got to Give it time, they’ll change constantly! Xx

Yeh I had 450 hp overs from a 34B I hated them the first couple of weeks they didn’t feel big at all! Even now at 5 months there still changing! There not actually that big, I can easily hide them
Under clothes and like Jane Marie says, you can definetly flaunt then
In the right bra haha take weekly pics and you’ll be surprised when you look back 🙂 xx

Hi they definitely do drop and settle, I’m 5 month post op now, this is a pic from week 1 to week 6 i think it was. I have lots more pics on my profile if you want a nosy. Just got to be patient but they’ll definetly drop! Mine were tiny the first week and I had 450 overs xx

@claire yeh I was really surprised when he said I had enough breast tissue! I’d breast fed 2 kids but they weren’t saggy, they were just really small haha glad I did go over cos the pain was pretty bad for the first week and apparently it’s worse with unders so I couldn’t of handled that! Xx

Just thought I’d do a quick update I’m now 4 month post op with 450 high profile overs. Gone from a small 34B now 34E, first time I’ve compared to my pre op pic and so glad I had the op, hate my before boobs! Best thing I ever did, even wearing a plain vest top makes me feel so good now I’ve got boobs 🙂 xx

I had 450 overs and I’m now 34E from 34B I’d say I look more D though. I’d say go with the biggest offered, I found the Sizers rubbish they don’t look anything like they did with them! Fake boobs always measure bigger then they look so if you wanna look a D/DD I’d go with 450 xx

I’m a 34E now but I’d say I look more like a D, fake boobs definitely measure bigger! No ones guessed I’ve had them done, I think they look really natural

These are mine with traynor, 450 overs, id breastfed 2 kids so was an empty 34b, I highly recommend him he was really nice put me at ease and like others have said he specialises in the natural look xx

I’m similar stats to you, 5ft 7, size 10/12 I had 450hp overs 4 months ago going from 34B to 34E now, I think you’d need around 400/450 to get the size you want especially being so tall, they always look smaller on taller people. Add me if you want to see my pics, I had mr traynor he’s amazing!! X

I wouldn’t worry about it, as the others have said not everyone needs to provide a letter. I never did, they took my nhs number and that was it, I have a heart condition so thought they’d contact the gp
But they didn’t. You’ll be fine I wouldn’t worry xx

I never used the macrom I got the high impact sports bra from M&S and loved it, it’s the zip up front one. I still wear it to bed now and I’m 4 months post op x

Hi noticed you’ve had overs thought I’d show you my comparison pic to show you that even though there overs they still drop and fluff. I had 450hp from a 34B now a 34E this was 3 days post op then 4 weeks post op. You’ve just got to be patient and as said above take weekly pics. I hated mine at first but love them

Hi i had my op 4 months ago, I was on my own the whole time, my partner dropped me off then came and picked me up, it was fine honestly, the day flew by and there was constantly nurses and doctors coming in and out so it didn’t really feel like I was alone! Good luck xx

I had mr Traynor 4 months ago, I’m 5″7 and was just under 11stone at the time and I told him I wanted to be DD/E he offered me up to 450cc so I had that and I’m now 34E do wish I’d pushed to of gone a bit bigger but now I’ve lost some weight I’m loving them
More as they feel bigger. I reckon he’ll let you go pretty big seeing as you’ve already had a BA xx

I had my op 4 months ago and used the M&S sports bra which was great felt really supportive. I bought the Asda sports bra and it was ok as a back up

I went on my own to all appointments as my partner was working and I needed someone to watch the kids, it was fine I never felt uncomfortable once. On my surgery day I was alone all day and that was fine to, I enjoyed the peace haha my partner dropped me off and picked me up but that was it. You’ll be fine just make sure you ask everything you want to xx

Thanks girls, not long for you all now! It’s crazy how fast the time goes! Mr Traynor is lovely he gave me a choice of 5 sizes between 350-450 and I went with the biggest, he’ll ask you what size your hoping for and go from there, I told him DD/E and he got it just right! Good luck girls 🙂 xx

Thanks Hun, yes I had a stage around 8 weeks where I thought they were to small etc but they seemed to drop n fluff overnight. Take weekly pics it really helps to see the difference. Mine are still a bit numb especially underneath and round my nipple, praying it’ll come back! Xx

Yes like the others said the PC will recommend you a surgeon based on what look your after. I had mr Traynor knew I wanted him before I booked my appointment as he was recommend to me, I love my results I think they look pretty natural I was a 36B to start now a 34E good luck! Xx
