I had closed rhinoplasty with Frati on Monday. I look like I’ve had an epic fight but no pain’t which is good. Just wondering what you did about cleaning your nose mine feels super crusty and when I change the drip gauze there’s noticeable dry blood. Did you wipe it off with salt water? Thanks for your help!
