I am going in on Monday and starting to get very scared!

How long before you could wear normal clothes, move your arms around etc? I have 2 young kids and my own business so getting worried about how long I will be out of action for.

Is it any style of Macom in particular? Also how long will I need to be in them for as opposed to a normal sports bra which may be cheaper? Just working out how many I need.
Also in terms of recovery, is a week realistic for resting and then back to work but taking it easy?

Hi all,
After many many years thinking about it, I met with Dr Marcellino today and booked in for a reduction on 29th Feb in London. So excited and terrified!
After any advice on how to get ready and prepare for it – what do I need, top tips etc?
Also if anyone has before/after pics they don’t mind sharing?
