Hi hun totally normal. Its horrible the bloating i looked 6 months pregnant!! my boobs were so swolen and sore each morning and i had a constant hump of how i was walking. Dont worry it does get easier. Each day is a tiny bit more better im 7 weeks post op and itt has flew over just take it easy you will soon be back to normal its all worth it xxx

Ah im totally shocked about dr gianntrapani i had him and i couldnt fault him at all i was really worried about taking my top off but he totally put me at ease i never felt uncomfortable at all. Well i didnt like taking ny top of but he never made me feel awful.. Goodluck with next surgeon hun xxx

I think the asda sports bras are good but i bought asda post surgery ones and you can only buy them online.. But i defo prefer my macoms x

Ah i love my macom but yeah they look bigger when i take it off. Mine is really comfortable.. Mine still have a bit to go with dropping and fluffing but i had unders and was told can take anything from 3 months to a year to get final results xx

Hi im 6 weeks post op and i bought 2 macom bras and 2 asda post surgery bras i have never ever wore the asda ones as i love the macom and much more supportive and nurse told me the asda post op ones arnt really much good for first few weeks.. xx

Hi hun i was told off my nurse that the macom is much better. I had 2 of them and i also Bought 2 asda post surgery ones i took one in with me and they said they wernt supportive enough maybe later on but not straight away. I did try one on nut felt much better in my macom x

Hi andrea im 6 weeks post op trust me it does get easier. Try ice packs on your chest make sure u wrap them in a towel first though. Takes swelling down my nurse told me to do this.. Works a treat x

Yeah i was the same i was devastated haha…not long! You dont realise how much you cannot do after your op. Amd the band restricts what you can wear too i. Just glad its not summer time x
