They are basically the same as what you’d get for picnic cool boxes but not the hard ones. X

Healing has been fine! I’ve had no pain, just uncomfortable and have had my mum and boyfriend looking after me for the week! I just got muscle ache and for the first few days I was restricted in doing simple things but loads better now!! X
