I tried on 400’s and 450’s and was worried they would be too big but the actual implant doesn’t look as big as the ones I tried on its strange !
There’s not much in the size so I’d go with the bigger one we all seem to get boob greed I had times when I thought mine wee small lol X

I tried some on at 6 weeks and they didn’t look good .
I left it till about 9 /10 weeks till they had softened and didn’t hurt and I’m glad I did .
So if your not ready at 6 weeks it’s worth carrying on with the sports bra till your ready , it’s only a guide X
