Did anyone take their own plasters off, I’m 1 week po today and they are so itchy and actually making my skin feel really sore, I have my po check tomorrow anyway so guess they’ll take them off but I’m struggling so bad with them this evening I didn’t know if anyone knew whether it’s ok to take them off??
