Hi my surgeon told me I could use factor 30 lip balm over my scars, I had uplift with implants two weeks ago and go on holiday when I’ll be 11 weeks po. He said keep re applying it as you would do your normal sunscreen and keep bikini top on don’t expose scars to the sun for at least a year post op. Hope this helps x

I was allowed to have shallow baths from four days post op, as long as you don’t get the dressings wet. I also had uplift and implants. X hope this helps, still can’t shower or wash hair though as I still have dressings ill be two weeks post op on Thursday. X

Try boots travel digestion tablets the are pro biotic so it’s like eating loads of pro biotic yoghurts which helps your digestion and helps very much with the bloating x
