    * n) a Will, so far as it exercises a of appointment, if the Will continues to be executed in conformity with the law governing the quality of the power.

    3. A Will to which this applies, so far as it exercises a of appointment, isn’t to be taken to have been improperly executed since it’s not been executed in accordance with the procedures required by the instrument creating the power.
