My surgeon recommended silicone strips, I bought some last week so can’t tell if they have worked well yet 🙂

My recovery wasn’t too bad, I was in a lot of discomfort the first 4 days but only took some muscle relaxants. @capricedawkins dr Fiumara was my surgeon too! 🙂 she’s brilliant and will aim for a natural look. I had 275cc under the muscle moderate plus, was a very flat 32A, 5’7 and 58kg. HI Chloe, I had 275cc moderate plus under the muscle. Was a very flat 32A, 5’7 and 58kg. I am 4WPO, attaching some pics for you. I am now wearing a 32D M&S high impact sports bra, not allowed to shop for other more normal bras just yet. Hope this helps & good luck with your op! xx

I use the clearasil gel wash and cream, it helped a little bit. I also finally got my period and it seemed like the spots have started to go down a bit. Gina, my skin is really dry and flaky too on my boobs 🙁

Hi. I was worried it’d be on my period on the day of my op. My PC checked with one of the nurses and said that they can still operate but you need to let them know on the day that you’re on your period 🙂 xx

I’m very skinny on my chest and had literally no boobs before, my surgeon at first suggested teardrops but I do have quite an active lifestyle so she said it’s best not to go with teardrops. Went back to work after a week (have an office job though), at that point I still struggled a little bit with putting my winter coat on and took a bus to work. At 2WPO I regained all of my arm movement, had 275 under the muscle 🙂 good luck with your op! 🙂 xx

Get a travel pillow. I had a wedge pillow and a travel pillow, the combination of two worked well for me 🙂 happy recovery, hopefully you’ll get some sleep soon xx

Hiya, I have an office job too, today it’s my 8th day post op and first day back at work. I was absolutely fine at work however I did get the bus there and back instead of walking as I still feel a bit weak and am a bit slow haha 🙂 good luck with your op! xx
