My stomach is like a balloon and it’s so uncomfortable. I’ve been trying to drink loads of green tea and peppermint tea but nothing seems to be helping. I have read it’s normal water retention after surgery and that it last for about 2 weeks not sure if that’s true though.

I had 325cc overs. I was a 32b size before op. I have the m&s high impact sports bra and post op bra. I was told to go up a band size to 34 and my surgeon told me to get a d cup. So I got a 34d cup and it fits perfect. Hope this helps
