M&S do really soft non wire slightly padded bras that mold to your boobs! (Some of them are made for post surgery) And still have a supportive underband
And they’re still really pretty and give a far nicer shape than a sports bra that sits flat over your chest!

My implants are still quite cone shaped as you can see, the front and middle bit of my boobs is still so hard and they have hardly fell forward much.. dropped round the sides but I feel like that’s all!

The nurse did say they sometimes do first come first served but it just depends what ops they are performing that day etc
