I can’t fault him. He was great, he put me at ease straight away. He really is the best boob doctor! On my 12 month follow up he said that mine are perfect and shook my hand. I love my new boobs. I am 15 months post op now and never been happier. :).

Personally I never used any heat or ice.
I just went naturally tried to stay in bed as much as possible.
Sleeping will also get better as I know I was sleeping on and off for like 4 hours for the first 2-4 days.

I feel your pain! But I am the bearer of good news this only lasts for 3-4 days it does get easier.
I am now 8 days post op and I can do pretty much anything. I’m a little sensitive but trust me it’s worth it!

I had my nurse appointment yesterday she said my wounds where healing very well and placed two steri strips on the incisions and told me to remove them in two days.

Has anyone got any tips for removal I do not want and bleeding or opening of the wound.

Thank you the nurse called me. She told me to keep it on until the appointment aslong as its not bleeding or liquid coming from the wounds. I think I’m just paranoid with the healing processes. It’s going to hurt isn’t it as its healing and the stitches dissolving. I can’t wait to take it off!!!

I shouldn’t remove the bra for one week until my app with the nurse. Would u recommend me just waiting it out and see what happens then?

The pain is under control however they are very hard at the moment. Moving is quite uncomfortable and can’t wait for this part of recovery to be over. I had 350cc partially under the muscle. Anyone know how long it takes for the pain to subside?
