Why did you want the procedure?

I have been thinking of getting a breast augmentation since the age of 17, recently I have managed to save up enough money to finally book my consultation!
Why did you choose MYA?

MYA is such a well known company and is advertised everywhere! I have read so many great patient stories and not many bad ones!
How was your consultation?

The consultation was great! Dr Andrea made me feel to at ease he went through everything with me and explained it all to me and my partner, the atmosphere was very positive and I enjoyed the whole thing!

Was advised I can have any size implant I want due to the size and shape of my natural breasts which is a great relief but has made choosing a size even harder!
How was the day of your procedure?

Day of the procedure was great! I work in healthcare so wasn’t very bet, I was 3rd on the list so got to the surgery at 7am and was admitted and taken upto my room which I shared with 1 other woman. she went down vefore me and then I went down about 10am. felt slightmy sick after procedure so was given oxygen for a while but then was fine and only needed pain killers. Had a slight walk around a few hours later and went to the toilet and everything was fine, got to eat proper food and was discharged around 6pm after being seen by Dr Giannitripani
How was your recovery?

I had pain for a couple of days after surgery, but kept up to pain killers and was fine after 3 days, I took my pain killers regularly but didn’t need them after day 5! was back to work after 11 days! only had discomfort for a couple of weeks then they had stopped hurting. I get a couple of twinge now and again due to the nerves stitching back together but apart from that I’m not totally pain free and they’re starting to soften up now
Are you happy with your results?

yes I’m extremely happy the size is just right and they were continuing to settle and drop and fluff. have a couple of down days now and again where I don’t like the look of them but all in all I love them so glad I had it done!
