A week in everything went well, I was able to walk around fine and made sure I had plenty of rest and ate well to recover quicker. Only thing I found difficult was to lift my arms but after a couple of days they started to relax more and my body started to adjust.

When I was 2 weeks post op I was back to work I do care work but went on light duties. Recovering well, incisions are healing well.

10 Weeks post op, scars are looking neat and daily putting oils on them to help them fade and heal nicely (using coconut oil) on my 6 week post op appointment was told they still need to drop and swelling to go down, but I’m really happy with my results so far. All takes time and it’s all been a exciting experience!
