I forced myself to lay in bed and rest on day 2 & 3. Definitely helped. My right boob is still painful too. Strapping off today so that might help! I’m trying to keep my right arm moving as I’ve noticed that my posture is changing on that side…I’m holding my arm in like a broken wing!!

I went for 275cc high profile unders. I’m only a 30B and petite frame so i wanted to be fuller not really bigger. Mr Kazzazi said that the 275 hp wiuld take me to a full C / small D.
