Hey, it’s under the muscle if that’s what you mean? I don’t want to have massive boobs I want to be a big c, small d, I did ask about bigger but he said my frame is too small x

I have my surgery booked in 3 weeks and worried I’m going too small, I’m getting 300cc high profile textured implant, does anyone have any before and after with 300cc implant ? I’m 5’3 and just over 8.5 stone, thank you 🙂
