I had round implants but under the muscle- which makes them really naturally looking. I’m 3 weeks post op and my natural slope and round bottom of the breast is exactly what I wanted.

I went under the muscle which restricted movement a lot! For the first 10 days I wasn’t risking it and didn’t lift my arms- my partner helped me wash my hair and brushed it. I would suggest getting a few button up shirts, t shirts, dresses etc. I’m 3 weeks post op now and I’m way more comfortable

I’m 7 days post op- I know most girls say they showered 10 days post op to remove dressings.
I still can’t lift my hands / arms over my shoulders so I’ll need help washing my hair.
Does anyone have any advice about taking dressings off ?

The pain during recovery is apparently worse- I’ve been fine. I would say 7/10 pain in the first week. Mine already look natural- I’m so shocked and happy so far. I would recommend it if the surgeon is too.

– what to wear for the days after etc
– what to expect post op in terms of pain and movement ability

I am a 32 B getting 350cc- size 8 5 foot 6.
