I’m 1 week post op and had my strapping removed today. I’m healing nicely apparently – a few bruises and lots of cuts and grazes from strapping. I was looking forward to my 1st shower but it was the most painful 10 minutes of the week due to the cuts.

@megzz123 – I’ve shallow bathed and washed pits with a baby wipe. I’ve basically used a can of batiste on my hair too. Going to attempt to wash it over the bath tomorrow.
